MIH Services and Labour Hire was built by tradespeople who know how projects really work—because we’ve lived them. As a proudly Indigenous-owned business, we bring local insight, cultural understanding, and real-world experience to every job.

We launched in the Hunter Valley to fill a critical gap: a lack of contractors who could show up on time, adapt quickly and get the job done without red tape. From shutdown support to civil labour, we deliver practical solutions informed by decades of frontline experience. With MIH, there’s no middle management—just dependable people who understand your site’s needs and how to meet them quickly, safely and effectively.
